In 1900-1901, a new headquarters was built at Kołłątaja Street for the Poviat Eldership in Krotoszyn. The new facility received a neo-Renaissance decor. The building was expanded several times: in 1912 the west wing was extended, and in 1928 the south wing was added. Later reconstructions did not change his appearance, rich ornamentation of the facades was preserved. A small old fashioned park adjoins the T-shaped building, in which there is a viewing hill.
