Around 1772. settlements of German colonists, mainly of Evangelical faith, appeared on the Grodziec estate. The villages were called the "commune of the Dutch" and were initially subordinated to the Evangelical parish in Władysławowo. In July 1796. Count Stadnicki and representatives of the villages of: Borowiec, Orliny, Konary, Białobłoty, Grady, Wielołęka signed an agreement on the establishment of an evangelical parish in Grodziec [the parish erection act signed on January 1797]. The first pastor in Grodziec was Fr. David Bergemann. The construction of the first church began in 1797 and was completed in 1803. St. Peter and Paul was not large and was built in the style of a "half-timbered". In 1834. it was decided to erect a church with a capacity of 800 people. A plan and cost estimate were prepared in Kalisz. The construction cost was estimated at PLN 47,209. However, construction did not progress, mainly due to a lack of adequate financial resources. In 1866. the construction of an evangelical church was completed after 20 years.

Neo-Gothic Evangelical Church of the Augsburg Confession built in 1834-1866. Burn down on April 25, 2000. (he was already abandoned). I could not find any information about the fate of the church after World War II.
