Hello all. This is probably the first time I judge someone through the prism of a client / contractor. Unfortunately, my experience has forced me to express my opinion and it is only a form of my dissatisfaction.
I would like to warn everyone and advise you to keep the company from a wide gap.
I will start with a delay that lasted over 7 months. Lack of communication, and if there was any such insolence, rudeness and attempts at strange excuses had no moderation.
The quality of the service is not in line with the price. Everything was done quickly and you can see terrible shortcomings.
Finally, impudent attempts to draw a larger sum of money up to the amount agreed before the start of the order.
I would advise writing a contract with a contractor who does not care about the client's welfare at all.
I hope that my opinion will warn against lying, and the contractor will change their habits because I do not believe that I was one in a million who was brazenly deceived.
Despite a slight slippage in implementation, caused by the ubiquitous covid, everything went smoothly. Great contact, beautiful kitchen and bathroom furniture, extremely efficient and professional installation. Everything is nice and with a big smile on your face. Very verbal gentlemen, there is nothing to complain about.
I highly recommend!!!
No work organization, not to mention accuracy!
