At the moment covid has closed this place, but I objectively say that many interesting events take place there - from outdoor events to thematic exhibitions. The museum only in name - it amazes with its activity. 👍

The District Museum in Konin is a cultural institution of the Self-government of the Wielkopolska Region. From July 1982, the District Museum has its seat in the Castle in Gosławice. In 2010, new exhibitions were put into use in the renovated granary building. Permanent exhibitions show collections from various fields, which document bone finds of extinct animals from the activity of the open-cast mine and exhibits on the history of the Konin Land. - The District Museum in Konin is a cultural institution of the Self-government of Wielkopolska Region. Museum to me very weak, the phenomenon of plastic elephant in the middle of the room for me inscrutable .... bones - about but the plastic ..... land disputes, well-kept. The castle attractions for art lovers - in the rooms mainly paintings and archaeological sites. Skansen is a cottage and a mill .... plants around the entire area described what fans plants certainly a plus. I do not kidnapped but maybe I do not know ...

All the exhibitions are very interesting, especially the open-air museum: windmills, cottages, a manor house. It's good that some of the briquetting machines have been saved (is it good that they are standing in the open sky?). We would like to thank the Lady who, showing patience, told us a little about the permanent and temporary displays of the granary.
