The branch church of the parish in Sulimierz. It was erected in the seventeenth century in the center of the village, on a small hill. Over the years, the church has undergone expansion. During one of them (in the nineteenth century) a tower was built. The temple was entered into the register of monuments under number 487/1963. A funeral chapel from the early twentieth century with a beautiful mosaic above the entrance has been preserved in the former churchyard cemetery. A small lapidarium was arranged at its side wall.
