Anna Wazówna's palace erected after the castle's fire in the years 1550-64 with the use of fragments of walls and ward's buildings by the staroste Rafał Działyński. Rebuilt during the reign of Anna Wazówna as the brodnicki staroste for the residence. Further expansion in 1678-98. Burned in 1945, rebuilt in 1960-70 for the District House of Culture and libraries. From 1986, after moving out of the Culture House, it is the seat of the Regional Museum in Brodnica and the City Library. This is also the wedding hall of the Civil Registry Office and the Tourist Information Office. a well-preserved barrel-cross vault. The historical value of the building results from the belonging to the Polish sister of King Zygmunt lll Waza.

The palace is rather for connoisseurs of such attractions. Interesting for me is the free parking lot located there, from which you can go out to the city, castle, chocolate pump room and park.
