A place where the Orthodox Church was once located. Pokrow Bogurodzicy from 1869 in Berdyszcze. The church was pulled down in the 1950s - wood from demolition was to be used to build a national church in Leśniowice (eventually a brick church was built there and the wood was destroyed). The guardian (caretaker) of the church after World War II was Mr. Jakuszczyk (Lieutenant Colonel) The first mention of the church comes from 1531 [Słobodian, 91] (Photo from the publication: Powrożnik M. - Album of the Ukrainian church, London 1988)
