Today I had the pleasure to settle the matter in this office. Driving almost 200 km one way (and coming back soon), I was received by the appropriate lady (for which I thank her very much), Ms. Ewa tried to settle my case as soon as possible and positively ended up missing the signature of the mayor's document. At this moment, his deputy (I will not use the word Lord) with his FRIEND steamed into the room and told the clerk to quit everything and take care of the matter of an IMMEDIATE friend. Regardless of my presence, he did not sign my document until a colleague was taken care of by the lady who served me. I WAS WAITING FOR THE HOUR! for the signature of the document (there is nowhere to sit down) WITH A SEMI-DAY DEVERNED CHILD, because this man was receiving a friend. I congratulate the deputy on his personal culture and attitude towards his work.
