I have not met with greater rudeness. I called to ask if the office has the equipment so that I could come with the dog, in which I suspect poisoning. The gentleman who answered the phone - if it's a doctor I feel sorry for him - said that I am an idiot because I am not a doctor so what can I know what is a dog? After explaining how the dog was behaving, the Lord simply hung up. I don't know if this office offers anything.
