Prostki is a very characteristic place with an interesting history. In addition to the fact that the city has one relic of the past, namely the border post, it also saved time the buildings of the old border crossing. It can be said that it is also the border of two Podlasie and Warmian-Masurian voivodships. Before the war, it was the border of East Prussia. After the war, the area returned to the matrix to Poland. The border has been erased and the characteristic buildings remain.
