A tragedy with a call to registration. I am sick, I lost 1.5 hours to make a call and I failed. I do not recommend 😡

I recommend: Professionalism, high quality service. I urgently needed to get to a GP in the NFZ outside the primary care unit in which I am permanently registered. Of the 10 facilities, it was the only place that could accept me (the others did not have space for new patients). Reception service as well as a very professional and kind doctor. You could feel that the patient is important here (I know from experience that it is different in other clinics).

Today I was on magnetic resonance imaging. I read the reviews here about I had quite a stress. Fortunately, I was disappointed. First of all, registration employees are not bad at all, there are three windows. A lady who seems to give a contrast a very nice, kind and warm person. And the gentleman who performed the examination was even more pleasant. Smile all the time. I do not know where such opinions come from. But I think that if someone is a boor, he is treated the same. And the resonance itself is mega. 20 years ago, when I had resonance, it was a closed back model, I had claustrophobic symptoms to the max. And here I come in, look and the one in the back has a hole and I felt better immediately. A lumbar spine was made, my head was almost outside so there was nothing to fear. I recommend this resort and would return again.

The service of computed tomography was sensational and nice. The price of PLN 25 for a creatinine test is probably a big exaggeration, probably the most expensive service in Poland.

LUX MED has come close to the absurd and became a moloch, like the NFZ, only in private hands. I was very happy two years ago. For some time - no. Example: I have a subscription, I want to - excuse me, I need to, because something is wrong - go to a specialist. I have to wait 2-3 weeks, sometimes a month and sometimes half a year. When I do not have a subscription and I want to pay for a single visit - I am waiting a few days or even not at all, because the doctors are available in two modes: a subscription client and an individual customer! Is this how a reliable company should work, which notwithstanding does not deal with the repair of air-conditioning or manure sale, only human health? Why do I think LUX MED is worse than NFZ? Because going (even after a long wait) to a specialist, when there is actually NO YES, we get the magic inscription NA CITO on the referral and we have the test (sometimes on the same day) in a few days. And at LUX MED? We are waiting, like a patient, I am sorry - a client who wants to be tested prophylactically. A question arises, probably to the board of directors or the finance director of the Lux Med group: Will he still pay the subscription fee? Otherwise your strategy is pointless!
