The service it's very kind and helpful, the doctors are into patients well-being. Nothing to complain about.

For ladies from registration, you have to think and prompt you to solve disputable situations. After telephone consultation, no vaccination classification was issued. On the same day, on the line dedicated to vaccinations, I received information that I can go to the vaccination, the classification will be issued to CITO on the spot, because this was the referral. I come to reception ... there is no classification. I explain that the classification is to be made on the basis of a referral from an internist for CITO before vaccination. An employee of a dedicated line confirmed this mode - I either enter immediately or the classification takes place just before the vaccination. The lady disappears for 15 minutes. He comes back, says it can't be done, because there must be paper. And now yes - we have a patient who has a vaccine with him that cannot be out of the refrigerator for 40 minutes, despite keeping it in a thermal package. I explain once again what I came with. The lady disappears for another 15 minutes. The lady from the treatment room takes pity on me (she's also waiting for me) and takes the vaccine to the fridge. The lady from the reception desk returns that there is no classification (that is, she actually repeats the same thing as before, I was standing at the window for an additional 15 minutes). After this time, she should come back with a proposal to solve the problem. At this point, the question arises - since a Luxmed employee on the hotline dedicated to vaccinations confirmed that I should have a classification on the spot on the basis of a CITO referral, such a referral was issued, why the lady in registration refuses to perform the procedure? Answer: "Well, apparently they were wrong". And here is my hint "In that case, since I have a referral to CITO for classification ... please ask the internist if he will see me soon". He accepted :) It's kind of funny, it's a little scary. Do employees undergo training on possible problem-solving paths, or does the receptionist in Wrocław accuse you of lack of competence on the hotline in Warsaw? If not for a nice nurse, the vaccine would be thrown away :)

Service - 1/5 Doctors are nice and fun! Due to the fact that I received a referral corrected with a pen at Olawska, I had to wait 20 minutes at Dominikańska. and you hear a stupid question from the service (why written with a pen, etc.) Please have a proper service for that kind of money.

The advantage is the hours of availability of the service in the facility, but the organization and what is happening in the Dominican gallery today exceeded my expectations. Earlier, blood sampling processes were very efficient in LUXMED facilities, they came in and tests were simply carried out in the order in which patients arrived. Today there was such a turbulence that I had to descend to the level of some bored woman explaining her order of patients so that she would kindly allow me to enter the treatment room in front of me. The staff did not react, although I was sitting in the facility waiting much longer than this woman (her by the way young, although retirees are more eager for such embarrassing moves), but fortunately the other patients made this woman aware of the right turn. There used to be a LUX in the name, and now MED should be left :) door repair. Unfortunately, I was not able to do my research before starting work, but in another facility I did it without a problem, in a nice atmosphere. In addition, I asked the nurse from the second office if she could take my blood because I see that they have a gap and I'm in a hurry - she replied that they would soon start downloading ... Organizational cinema, more restrictions on the part of the company and fewer privileges. I use recently only when I MUST and I go to specialists in private everywhere. In addition, I have the impression that most doctors at -lux-MED are poorly educated. Of course, I happened to find great professionals, but it would be enough for me to use one hand for these years of "Cooperation". I DO NOT RECOMMEND .

A plus is the facility's availability on weekends (including on Sundays). This significantly facilitates visits and commuting with a small child when the traffic in the area is less. Unfortunately, there is no free parking for patients (the free time offered by the Gallery has already been exceeded several times waiting for a visit with a child).
