Dwie gwiazdki tylko dlatego, za Pani Doktor była bardzo sympatyczna i miała fajne podejście do syna, który zgłosił się z cystą na policzku. 160 zł. za zdjęcie 3 szwów to zdecydowanie przesada. Taka "usługa" powinna być w cenie zabiegu. Tym bardziej, że zdjęcie szwów trwało kilka sekund!

The lowest level of service I've ever seen. The clinic is completely unprepared for work during the coronavirus pandemic. I especially advise against elderly people and those from the high-risk group. EDIT: I am pleased to take a stance on the DEFECTIVE answer of the representative of the clinic - MD. Jacek Porycki. I have read your position and I regret to say that you have no idea what is going on in your clinic. 1. Did I move without a face mask and did not respond to staff comments? Didn't take advantage of the opportunity to obtain a mask at the reception desk? A lie! After entering the 1st floor, one of the ladies sitting at the reception desk started shouting that I should leave the clinic and buy myself a mask at the pharmacy. 2. Openly underestimated the restrictions? How was it that I hadn't done it the week before, on my first visit? Has my position changed like that? Or maybe the place of the cultural Lord at the reception was taken by the angry BABA? I would expect such rudeness in the public health service, not in a clinic where I pay PLN 160 for 1 visit. Not enough to offer a mask for 50gr? Only money matters to you? 1 star stays. Please change your approach to the patient.

The ganglion operation performed by Dr. Olga Gutkowska was carried out smoothly and efficiently. Patient care was also very professional. I recommend.

Hello, wonderful Mrs. Mariola in registration, a visit to an orthopedist for admission to the National Health Fund, also very professional and full of empathy. A clinic worth recommending. In contrast, the description of the study, radiological below the critique. And it's also paid. After all, not all doctors open a plate in their office. I haven't come across such a careless description yet. To sum up, I categorically do not recommend any radiological tests at this facility. And one more thing in the time of a pandemic hygienic nightmare. Only on the first !!!!! I saw a hand sanitizer. There is no soap or paper towels in the toilets. It's good that at least there is toilet paper. I wonder if the management will respond to my comments. Because as I saw for the positive, thank you and for the negative I do not react.
