During my pregnancy and some times after I visited endokrynologist here and made tests in laboratory.The building is very old. But is the best hospital I've ever been in Wroclaw. I don't know maybe there are some good vibes or what, but all personal is very very polite and qualified. I recommend!

The first impression inside is a shock that there are so many people there ... standard queue at the entrance, but the lady from the reception desk is helpful - nice. Well, you know right away because of this virus, temperature measurements, mandatory masks, some mandatory surveys with personal data ... I was with my daughter at Mrs. Piotrowicz, a neurologist - I am pleased with the professional approach. At the clinic, the lady from the reception desk quickly directed me there, the impression was good. The elevator is ridiculously small (and only one) for such a large clinic (I had a visit on the 4th floor, and I was with a pram, which was adjacent to + me and my sister. I got a referral for an ultrasound for my daughter and I had to register her .. initially, although the long queue for registration (right to the door) was quite smooth. Temperature measuring staff clearly bored with this ungrateful function a bit rude, but looking at the fact that people do not understand what it means to keep a 1.5m interval a bit understandable their irritation.

Once I was happy with the evening school, but recently waiting painfully and after a sleepless night, when it was my turn to sign up for the trauma card, I witnessed something very disrespectful towards me and others. When I was already in the middle of registration, a nurse (I think) came in and announced that someone could do it, and then the receiving registrar immediately announced that another person would ask for registration. When the door closed, two more nurses came and the "gossip center" started and no one was served for over 40 minutes. Further down the corridor I felt a severe pain. After all, I was doing it at the NFZ, so what could I expect more? After the tests and X-rays were done, the doctor ignored my chest pain, focusing only on my spine. The torso was also omitted in the X-ray image. Well, as you can see, you don't pay, you don't have. No further referral to specialists. It gives you two stars only because in the morning Dobrzyńska's option was better than the trauma at SORA in Wrocław, where who knows if I would not have waited in the queue so far? Next: the pills I got numbed the pain and when the X-ray disc stopped working, they released a new one without any problems.
