Unfortunately, I do not recommend it. There is a very big problem with making an appointment. It is true that the application is - but there are no visits to specialists, so you have to call the hotline anyway. The hotline is also not able to verify available dates, so later they send a text message to when and where they managed to make an appointment. If you would like to change the date of the visit, of course there are no other dates in the application, so the history with the appointment is repeated. The facility itself at ul. Grabarska is nice, the reception is quite efficient. As for doctors - I had situations where the doctor did not want to write me a referral for the third trimester ultrasound, which should be included in the package, and the only thing he could suggest was to invite me for a private visit. After returning home, I had to make a telephone call to ask for a referral, and of course I will never see this doctor again. I recommend other facilities cooperating with PZU, eg Polmed.

Terrible customer service. On Tuesday, September 1, 2020, I did a number of tests there. After a few days, I received a call that the urine sample was missing and the test must be repeated. As one of the results could only be collected in person, after a week (Tuesday, 09/08/2020) I went there again. Although they accepted urine for testing, they could not find the result that I had to collect on the spot. I asked to send this result by post to my home address. The receptionist assured me they would. Later that day they called me and confirmed that the result was found and that they would send it by post. After another ten days of waiting, on Friday, September 18, 2020, I called the PZU Zdrowie headquarters with a question about the missing result (of course, you cannot reach Grabarska directly). The headquarters woman asked to be patient and to stay on the line while she would check what was happening with this result. I did not live to see it - after eight minutes the connection (paid!) Disconnected. I called again, asked to check again and to call back on my number. Someone from Grabarska called and offered to go to another place on the same day, or to pick it up at their place, on Grabarska Street, on Monday. On Monday, September 21, 2020, around 3 p.m. I came to Grabarska Street. The receptionist asked if I had received a telephone message from them that the result was ready for collection. I asked if I should tell her the whole story from the beginning. She started lecturing me that I should wait for information from them because it is not known if the result is already there. Then she called the treatment room and another woman got the result from there. Finally, this other woman informed me that it took so long because the result was missing, but that she hoped it didn't cause any disruption. Yes, it disturbed my peace and completely spoiled my opinion of the facility. In the future, if I have a choice, I will choose other institutions.

Today's blood donation team should be a role model for many such facilities. Taking blood for research is a rather traumatic experience for me, but not for the best team. I walked in stressed and left relaxed even though I am a rather difficult patient. I will always do research at the PZU medical center, and if I ever find my way to today's team, I will probably like such research. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give 10.

I have been using PZU's services for several years, I am very pleased, the visits at Grabarska at PZU are on time, I have access to many good specialists in one place, and nice, helpful staff. I recommend!

The clinic in Wrocław at ul. Grabarska 1 has very nice staff - ladies from the reception and nurses, who take blood professionally. Thank you Joanna
