Absolutely useless. Went there for a minor problem with my ear and was told that they wouldn’t bother helping me as they had to register me and do all the paperwork.. unbelievable. For a city like Wroclaw with international travellers this is just a massive joke. Best to drive to Germany should you need any medical care unexpectedly

I wish I could give less than one star. I arrived at 07:30 with an eye inflammation (which was obviously painful) and lady at the reception informed me she would phone me as soon as the doctor is available. That was supposed to happen at 09:30. Nobody called. I waited for as long as I could and finally called them at 11:30 and only then managed to get an appointment. Very unprofessional for a service that we are paying for!

Worst. I had a checkup but I don’t feel any better. I made a reservation but doctor went on vacation. No one didn’t call me.

What a complete waste of time. It starts at the reception, personnel has quite an awful attitude and rather then help, will try to teach you a lesson. I can only assume they work there until something better comes along. Then, wen you get to see the doctor it won't get any better, on the contrary! The "famous orthopedist" I saw, has a serious god complex, plenty of attitude, he's downright rude! As for the help... well, he's helped enough, now he's cashing in. This isn't a place for someone who wants the problem fixed.

Modern building, great service and parking. Sushi is tasty in the restaurant downstairs with free WiFi.
