Terrible Service. Some staff members are extremely rude. Some doctors are extremely incompetent. I would advice you twice to think before going to medicover

It is ANTI-SERVICE I had ophthalmologist appointment, doctor pani Małgorzata was rude. First she reviewed my medical test , then did not provide ANY feedback start blaming me i did not make another medical test, then literally kicked me off (LITERALLY - opened door and said she will not talk to me) from her office because 15 minutes dedicated time for visit gone (however, we had already delay from previous client and started later, but who care?) I said i have few quick questions but she was not willing to listen to me. I have feeling medicover using advantage of lack doctors available , and dont care about people, their clients and their service level ....total frustration

They tell you that their doctors are booked for a month ahead and to call their helpline a day later. Then a day later they tell you that their doctors are booked for another week and direct you for a phone consultation in order to receive a referral for your visit, during which after 15 minutes of waiting your call is dropped without any explanation. I'm unable to use a service i'm paying for... This has to be one of the worst customer experiences I ever had. Just go somewhere else.

There're many people who speak English here. And the service is ok. But the waiting time is huge. When you try to sign up for an appointment with some specific specialist (not a general doctor), it's pretty common to get an answer "We have everything booked for the next 2 months and we don't accept any booking after that time yet". It's a total disaster! You pay money every month but can't get treatment when you need it.
