When booking the appointment, on the phone they've told me that to get the flu vaccine(bringing it from home) done, I would have to pay 59 zloty. Today I had the appointment and paid the 59 zloty, but when I've moved to the room with the nurse, I've been told that I needed to pay extra 45 zloty to actually receive the injection(so the 59 were only for the basic visit to confirm my health status). Big scam, misleading communication and absolutely silly medical visit, which was a 2 minutes medical interview. The receptionists look like they're sleeping and are completely not informed on their internal procedures, because they have communicated the second payment while I was already in the process of having the vaccine injected. Absolutely ridicolous.

Without any reservations, I arrived at the appointed time, the doctor examined me correctly, he was in no hurry, but he did not extend it either. You have to show the proof at the reception and have a mask, the temperature is measured at the entrance

Today I signed up for an appointment with my child. The visit did not take place - the attendant at the reception desk refused to visit the child, explaining it with the lack of authorization - the child has a different surname than me, and the facility covers the child and the ex-partner (the child's father). With patients and in the presence of my child, the receptionist lied to me, insulted me, and even offered to arrange an appointment with an ENT for me, because she suspects that I have a hearing problem, since I do not realize that the child's visit will not take place. This is not a lack of professionalism, but ordinary insolence and inhibition on the part of the clinic staff. The woman, instead of taking up work and proper patient service, began to make private trips, drastically exceeding not only the scope of her duties, but also the boundaries of good manners and personal culture. She insulted me saying "You" to me, although I am not familiar to her, and making other vulgar remarks. We will not use the services of this clinic anymore, and I have made an official complaint against the receptionist lady. And I sympathize with the clinics of such employees!

The ophthalmological examination was performed on a tape. I couldn't see well with my right eye from a distance and I got the message that I had a tired eye - only your examiner. As I know my eyesight, I had an additional check-up at another ophthalmologist. Myopia, right eye defect at -1.75 and astigmatism came out, which must be corrected with glasses. I was tape examined and the next. I am forced to repeat occupational medicine. A plus for Mrs. Orzecznik, because she was factual and answered all health concerns. The second plus for the young EKG nurse for efficient operation and helpful reception.

I am very pleased with the visit, very efficiently and I was kindly served in the registration by the young gentleman, also in the office of the blood collection point, nice nurses and a doctor of occupational medicine, very nice and warm person, very nice atmosphere, I recommend respect to the patient to everyone, professionally.
