Giving it a 1 star because my mum ordered a private doctor and had a 32 min delay. Not acceptable. Worst thing ever. Apparently the lady who was before was still in the room when she left about 10 mins before because thats what they had on the system. When the lady was sitting doing nothing. Worst thing ever.

They arrange for a procedure to be performed, we have the doctor's opinion that the procedure must be done, they arrange for a specific doctor to do it. We are waiting for this procedure for several weeks, we come for the procedure and the doctor makes another consultation and does not start the procedure. When I ask what about the procedure, the doctor informs me that he is doing such procedures under anesthesia and it should be a completely different visit and that now he is doing the consultation. Then he examined something else and thanked him. When we wanted a refund for a visit we didn't want, they listened to the recorded conversation from the registration (where we were scheduled for surgery) and they were right. But the money will not be returned because the doctor did something else there, so he did some work. Great, money down the drain and we'll never be there again.

Fantastic place. Nurses, receptionists, technicians and doctors at the highest level. Nice, professional, no queues or shifts in visiting hours. One visit allowed for a comprehensive examination (on-site, on the spot) and for making a specific diagnosis and starting the treatment. This approach to the patient (with a capital "P") is optimistic.

Very high level of service and research. Clean, easy, fast. I recommend private research at Medicus. NFZ in other institutions is beyond comparison.

Hello. Staff at a high, very professional level, with values such as a smile and a friendly approach to the patient. The time before any surgery / surgery performed is a good word, which is very important :) And as for the resort itself .... nothing more to add Modern, clean, well-kept, also offering good meals. I recommend it to anyone who appreciates professionalism and a friendly approach in any situation.
