Service performed ahead of schedule. Carpet after cleaning ok. I recommend it
The gentleman who came to wash the carpet and upholstery for us completely had no idea about his work and it can be said that he took money for nothing.
He actually helped everything with Karcher. Then he took off the water and it was over in an hour. Admittedly, he wound up quickly and took "only" one hundred zlotys.
The problem is that I have been working on carpet washing myself some time ago and I know that this should not be the case.
The laundry did not remove the hair and hair of the household members at all - this should not happen.
Deeper discoloration is a bit faded, but none disappeared completely, and I know that with professional service even deeper spots are not a problem.
The truth is that "our specialist" was completely unprepared - he did not even have a brush with him ... It seems that in his opinion, washing comes down to rinsing with water and powder.
Unfortunately, in the case of heavier soiling (e.g. after renovation) or when you have a pet, you cannot clean the carpet properly without grabbing the brush (and I'm not talking about a scrubber, but at least a regular rice brush).
I will never use the services of this company and I would not recommend it to anyone. Maybe the prices are competitive, but the effects of the work are mediocre, and the whole thing is covered with a booster.
Such washing is not washing.
