The coat was not prepared for collection on the agreed date, it was delivered on the spot after 10 minutes and probably then it was quickly cleaned or simply prepared for collection. The coat did not smell fresh, as after picking it up from the laundry, but when it was taken out of the wardrobe, the wool was not cleaned at all, colored threads and everything that remained on the coat from winter scarves was not removed. In a word, the coat was picked up dirty. Wasted time and money. I do not recommend.

The phone is not working

The laundry room is not open during the hours stated on the site, which significantly impedes reception. Contact with the laundry is also not possible - the phone number provided on the website is forever unavailable. Very unprofessional service. I do not recommend.
