Customer service at a very low level. The saleswoman was so brusque to us that we were speechless ...
Plus for a large variety of products. However, the prices are very high, besides, at the same time you are served by three apprentices, which causes chaos, you do not know what you do with whom, because one person brings you products, the other one cancels, and the third one asks questions. When placing an order, ask for what and how much you pay, because unfortunately there are later understatements and the price for a few helium balloons comes out horrendous. When buying balloons, I was additionally advised to add a weight to them, for which a refundable deposit will be charged. Upon return, it turned out that half the amount will be deducted by the store for using such a piece of metal wrapped in foil, which was not stated in the order. In the end, the whole amount for the weight was returned, however, after exchanging a dozen sentences and a phone call to the boss.
