Extremely mean office and nasty officials come for the third time when registering a vehicle and each time they find new reasons for refusing registration.

Complete lack of knowledge of the law and of the conditions to be met for issuing individual documents. If you need to visit, I recommend and suggest you prepare for a very long time spent at the window due to the lack of competence of some women working there (registration certificates, etc.)
