I do not recommend to anyone and I adhere to all those who shop in this company. Exterior doors for a single-family building ordered on June 15, 2020, despite two installation attempts at intervals of several months until today, i.e. December 24, 2020, have not been installed. I received a refund of PLN 2,603.70 for assembly. The word sorry in this company is foreign. Immediately after Christmas, I refer the matter to a law firm to recover my money.
If I could, I'd put stars in the minus. A year ago, I spent almost 18,000 with them. for Pergo vinyl flooring. The floor is scratchy, the saleswoman assured me that it was not. The floor was pulled by them 4 times because it rose, swayed and patted. After losing my patience and writing from my solicitor, they gave me 25% of the money. The owner insists it is my fault that the floor goes up because I wanted the least possible expansion joints. After the 4th floor is taken off and expansion is done everywhere, the floor continues to pat, ripple and rise. Better buy the panels for 4 tenants in Castorama and put them on your own, you'd better get it.
A very large selection of doors, panels and tiles. Nice and helpful sellers, lots of bathroom arrangements. The offer also includes interior designs.
A large selection, the quality is also very good, there is nothing to complain about the service, a problem with the assembly or rather its completion. More than a year has passed, even requests for a paid commission are of no use.
With little adventures, the project is pulled to the end. A big plus for the possibility of storing goods longer than usual, at my request.
