The service lady failed. If you do not take the most expensive blinds, it seems not interested in consulting. Asked for patterns and colors, she replied lying down, then lost the customer. To pay and ask is too much.
The screws were not tightened properly during assembly, so they fell out a few days later, and it was repaired the next day after the submission.
After half a year of use, the shutter actuator fell out of the balcony door! The blinds are very loud,
as if they were falling. We chose not only cheap roller shutters and we expected good quality which we did not get.
They repaired the blinds with used parts from one window, the workers moved to the other.

PS. and unpunctual! It was scheduled for 2:30 pm and they didn't even call me late, One hour late!

As long as the material of the blinds goes, the strings and strips are probably bought in a Chinese market.

The Talpparella company is very reliable, punctual (you can set watches on it), the owner is always a good advisor.
I am very happy with the blinds I put on. They were blinds day and night we have been using for a year and nothing happens with them.
I can recommend Tapparella to any hesitant customer ....
