This laundry is a complete failure! I gave away the suit to be cleaned and had one stain on the leg which I showed to the person receiving the goods for cleaning. It was stated that there was no guarantee that it would be removed and I accepted it. During the reception it turned out that there were abrasions of the material on the jacket and trousers! The lady does not see the problem and at first she claims that I had to damage it myself, then it was a defect in the material and in a moment she talks about chemical damage. Total incompetence and blaming the customer.
