Sweater washing and shaving not done !!! Arrogant and insolent owner. Talking to him is like a superent kid. He turns on his heel and runs away. Shame! I do not recommend and even adhere to! Waste of money !!!

I gave a new white coat for washing. The whole service lasted about 3 weeks. During it, trying to resign from it, I tried to push the dyed jacket pale pink, not to mention its previous washing. When advertising the service by phone, I agreed that I would be refunded for the service and the coat, indicating that I do not want a coat that will be washed several times. After some time, however, the boss changed his mind. The jacket was washed out! he offered that I could complain about the service in writing and hinted that it would be difficult to prove whether this white is white. His second suggestion was to pick up a bleached, say a coat, and as a compensation he can offer free laundry, which of course I did not use because I do not trust this place anymore. As a result, I picked up, say, a white jacket, I wonder if it will work because maybe faster to split up at the seams ta And this one star is for success because of pink to make white 🤔 this is just art 😉

They accepted a washing suit, although the equipment was broken, five days later, it turned out on receipt. Very amused this service. I do not recommend.

I washed the duvets with pillows twice and picked up like new, nice and professional service :)
