I've never waited more than an hour, when there are a lot of people I leave.
The pathology of this office is that the intermediaries in the registration of vehicles, based in the OFFICE, dial all numbers via the Internet in advance. Try to download the number over the network. It can't be taken 2 weeks ahead. Then everyone is waiting for their turn, and the system calls these blank numbers, for each Office loses 5 minutes! It takes 40 minutes to register the vehicle via an intermediary at the bottom for an additional PLN 100. I checked. You have to wait for a minimum of 3 hours. I described the case to President Wójcicki and even wrote back to me. He sees no problem. Detriment.
