Bust of Wincenty Witos by Gorzow's creators: Marcin Giedrowicz (project) and Michał Bajsarowicz (performance). Unveiled on June 12, 2011 in the square at the intersection of Zbigniew Herbert and Cichoński (now Stefania Hejmanowska), during the celebrations of the Provincial People's Day. The first monument in the Western Lands commemorating politics, activist of the people's movement and three-time Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland. It presents a bust cast in bronze of Wincenty Witos, placed on a granite pedestal about 170 cm high, on which the inscription: In homage to the prime minister of the Second Republic of Poland, the Outstanding State Husband. Polish People's Party. Inhabitants of the Lubusz Voivodeship. The monument was built from money collected among PSL members and supporters from the Gorzow region and was given to the city free of charge. Zygmunt Baś was the chairman of the Building Committee of the Monument.
