The owner of the store accused me of dishonesty, and the fact that I installed a battery and want to extort more attachments and hoses :) Brazenly and consciously sends incomplete goods. At the same time, he behaves very rude and vulgar, does not get a word and shouts and finally hangs up. Then he says that the customer behaved badly. Then she blamed the producer who allegedly sent incomplete goods. I called the manufacturer and other representatives of Blue Water company and everyone confirmed that the owner is not true, that is, there is no option for the manufacturer to send her an incomplete battery, because everything is checked before shipping. Then she said that I had appropriated or lost these snakes. Read other opinions on how to send used hoods and other things to people. With all this situation on the plus side only a store employee - he tried to help and gave me information that they have such hoses and fittings from another identical battery but it is the bad will of the owner that makes me unable to receive them (!). I wanted to be informed about it many times and I informed the shop that I have small children and I need to move in 2 days and I have to have the battery installed but it didn't help. Telling people that they are donkeys is the norm for Ms. Mai. I STRONGLY FOLLOW THIS SHOP.

I ordered a microwave, I paid 16 PLN for courier delivery, and the courier refused to bring it to the elevator, even on the mezzanine. When buying, there was no information about the weight of the shipment (over 30 kg, and according to the law the courier brings packages up to 30 kg), or information about the option of buying a delivery option, about which a Raben representative informed me by phone. I warn you against buying heavier products at Profi without ensuring that you bring them to the apartment.
