Pretentious approach! Reply to the comment on the opinion: How can you say that I stretched out on the couch. Was I lying on it? You mean putting the jacket next to it on the couch? I was not taking anybody's place because there was no one in the waiting room. The mask covered the nose and the pretentious approach of the Lord from the staff was pathetic, forcing him to push it even higher and higher according to his whim. In that case, pay attention to the receptionist who was wearing a mask in the same way as me. If the service stands up with its left leg and takes advantage of the patients, then something is wrong with you .... If you translate your employees in such an embarrassing way, who behaved in a manner devoid of any culture, it is not very professional. The opinion concerns the staff at the center and as you mentioned before visiting the doctor. I assessed the doctor on the website Znlekarz.pl I assessed your clinic on Google.

Very polite service at the reception. Ladies smiling and committed. Professionally and quickly. The doctor is also very nice and specific (more on knownlekarz.pl). I recommend.

Today I received unintessential help at the Clinic. After taking the drug, I had an allergic reaction which would end in unconsciousness. They put me on my feet. They used up time and medicines. They did not want money. The situation was not happy. They accepted me from the street and gave me help immediately. Thank you. I hope I will repay you somehow. And I do not mean giving a positive opinion.

Today I called the Novum Clinic Medical Center to arrange (urgently) my mother for a consultation and ultrasound doppler. At 9 o'clock I found a free appointment to see a specialist on the portal znlekarz.pl and immediately made a phone call to arrange a visit directly to the Novum Clinic Medical Center. The lady in the registration confirmed the free date today and arranged us for 18.00. After booking the appointment, I gave up looking for a specialist because I thought we had a confirmed visit to Novum Clinic. Six hours later, I was called to inform that our visit would not take place. In return, we were offered a deadline on Friday (in 3 days) from another doctor. We needed consultations today and if you and Novum Clinic informed us at 9 o'clock (and they were not misleading also through the portal Zneralekarz.pl) that they would not have a spare time I would be looking for another specialist. In the current situation, we were unable to make an appointment today anywhere else resulting in my mother's further suffering.
