This is one big failure of this clinic !!!!!!!! Last Thursday, after two weeks of illness, he came to the clinic and I left a card asking for a prescription. The box is located at the entrance door in brown without any markings. Recently, I threw cards in there asking for prescriptions twice and there was no problem. Thanks after four working days, I went to ask where my prescription was, and that's a shock !!!!!! The manager from the reception said that I did wrong because I should return the card at the reception and not throw it into the mailbox. After my explanation the ladies from reception were rude refusing to help me and all the blame fell on me. I wanted to talk to the management, but of course no one was at the clinic at the moment. From today I am left without diabetes pills and I will have the prescription only on Thursday, this is a parody they treat the patient as a petent who takes their time. Explaining that from October 29 to November 12 I was sick and did not leave the house did not help. Shame and unfortunately I will say goodbye to them without regret and it was not the first time !!!!!!
