This is a clear mockery! The company was supposed to show up at the disinsection at 8 a.m., but it showed up 4 hours late and didn't even take the supplies to work. The next day, a similar situation, the company was supposed to appear at 8, but it still does not appear, and the company has no contact. In addition, the company assumes that it is able to accurately spray 220 apartments (1100 rooms) in 4 hours! It takes about 13 seconds for one room! Apart from that you should also spray basements, corridors and staircases. Perhaps it is feasible ... If the sprayer teleported between rooms and poured a steady stream down the middle! With such professionalism, the building will never get rid of cockroaches, and hundreds of people have all their plans ruined. A fine should be imposed for such performance of the tender!

The company was hired to disinfest a two-block building. There are ~ 550 rooms and corridors in each of them. One day, one block was to be done, the next one. To make it possible, the residents were previously notified of the disinsection. They had to leave the rooms for the time of disinsection (2 hours per block by the company, which is ridiculous, but more on that later), the duration of the measure - 6 hours and airing - 2 hours. Residents have various activities, some are working, some have free time for disinsection, but most of them had remote lectures and classes, which requires organizing a quiet place with access to the Internet and electricity. It is not easy, especially during a pandemic. Unfortunately, on the first day, the insolent "experts" were first a few hours late, then it turned out that they had taken the wrong measure. Disinsection was abandoned that day. About 14 hours. People who left their rooms that day, not only in vain, now have to look for a place again overnight to wait for the disinsection. The next day, despite the necessity of disinsection of two blocks (ie ~ 1100 rooms plus corridors), the "experts" were again late, they were reluctant to start work. Then the 20-minute break took over an hour. I understand that there must be a dedicated time for eating during the day, but more than an hour is the time it takes to prepare this meal at home and wash up after it. Now it is 2:30 pm, about 10 minutes ago, the disinfestation of the second block began. According to the company's estimation, it should take 2 hours. Counting down 550 rooms and 120 minutes, it leaves a dizzying 13 seconds per room. Corridors, moving around the building and refilling the center are already omitted. Fortunately, "professionals" have people to open and close the door, which speeds up a bit. The quality of such disinsection, taking into account the numerous nooks and crannies and the long-term nature of the problem (the building has been infected for a long time), leaves something to be desired. Disinsection of the second block started at 2:20 pm, will end after 5:00 pm (the previous block lasted almost 3 hours, apparently the estimate of the disinfestation time was unsuccessful), the agent should work 6 hours, then 2 hours of ventilation. People from the last rooms will return after 11:10 pm to open the windows for 1-2 hours in the middle of the night. EDIT: According to official information, people from the last floors can return by 10.30 PM

The spraying was supposed to start at 8. The Lord arrived at 12 with the wrong center, and as it was a long way to go, this spray was postponed to the next day. The next day, the situation was practically the same.
