The church was built in 1913 with an onion tower (belfry) and a clock placed on it. Initially, it was an Evangelical church. In 1945, the church with the adjacent cemetery was devastated by the Russians. For many years it became deserted, later it was used as an assembly hall by the Forest Technical College in Tułowice. In 1990, thanks to the efforts of the church authorities, after the restoration, the church was dedicated as a Catholic temple. Resurrection.

A nice well-kept church. The history of the church is quite short because it dates back to just one century. Well, in 1889, the owner of a local porcelain factory pulls professionals to Tułowice who are evangelicals. He is building them a school and church in 1913. The church is decorated with an onion tower with a wind-rooster. The porch of the church is supported on two columns. After the post-war turmoil, the church has been serving the parishioners of Om since 1990.
