Warning! Water only laundry. I have a suit made of 100% wool ready for washing. The waiting time for the service is 1 month. Upon receipt, it turned out that despite the information on the label, the suit was washed in water, instead of chemically. The Lady's answer was "We always wash this way and it is good". Yes, the suit is clean. Too bad it's ruined. A star for a nice, unfortunately incompetent service.
