After calling the communication department, the phone was answered by a woman who did not show respect, i.e. no polite form of 'Mrs.'. After a polite inquiry about the possibility of picking up the driving license, it was muttered whether I had applied at all. 1.5 weeks have passed since submitting the application and today I found out that I have to wait another 2 weeks.

The difference between a state office and a private one is that even if you file a complaint against an official, they won't do anything about it. I remind you of the simple people behind the desks - you are for us, not the other way around! Rude and lack of competence. I'm sorry I had the nerve to ask you anything ...
I was served quickly and professionally in the communication department.
Customer service and organization of work at an extremely low level that I will not mention that a normally working person has no chance to settle their affairs, because they deign at 14:30 to stop accepting applicants. The organization of the work of the communications department is a mockery at all!
