I do not recommend. After washing, the carpet was not dried thoroughly, so I did not provide comments on the state of the service to Mr. Rafał until it was completely dry. The stains have not been removed, and I was not informed about the inability to remove them until I submitted a complaint. I had to ask for a receipt for the service provided. Honest 1 * for the lack of information about problems with cleaning the carpet (which is a standard in professional customer service), for the tone of the conversation (accusing the customer of deliberately spilling tea to force re-cleaning), for the lack of flexibility in solving the topic (service provided and paid, therefore end of discussion). Tomorrow, another team is coming to see me, who can clean stains, even those left by a cat, and I regret that I did not use the recommendations of my friends, but the suggestions of good opinions from MMSerwis on Google. 100 zlotys in the back, and wisdom for life: word of mouth is the most important. I attach photos of the carpet after it was washed by MMSseriws.

Very solid. Visit according to the agreed date, on time and, most importantly, professionally. The carpet is like new, the service is carried out quickly and at a good price. I recommend myself and others :)

Cleaning the couch and carpet. The service was performed reliably at the agreed time and date, and quite cheap. Next time I will use it and recommend it to others
