The shirt was brand new and undamaged after washing and starching came back to us with a hole in the shoulder. We discovered this by accident the day before the wedding. Ms. owner during our complaint visit stated that the shirt was already with a hole and people bring different things, so they do not inform about damage on receipt. In addition, she denied that the shirt was already damaged and that she could accept the complaint but would not accept it. Next time I recommend to inform the customer about damage before cleaning, then there will never be a "word against word" situation, because I do not usually take pictures of things before going to the laundry. To sum up, we were shirtless the day before the wedding and we had to look for a new one at the last minute. The laundry did not receive any explanations, courtesy or help solving the problem. I definitely do not recommend.

I recommend this laundry. The prices are very good, the quality of the services is above expectations. The large quilt, stained with cat's urine after washing, looks and smells like new.

I do not recommend: after ironing double crease in trousers, jacket damaged - probably too high ironing temperature. Lack of responsibility by the owner for errors, and when receiving allegations that "I look at clothes too closely".
