During visits to this facility, I was pushed from window to window, instead of going where I should have to get the information I needed, and as a result I had to come there several times. Queues like queues, nothing extraordinary in the office, people who simply cram into them are definitely worse, and nobody does anything about it. The level of service is rather poor - even when coming with a good attitude and personal culture, the employees are bored / tired / indifferent with their work, even when I came with a certain matter, I was laughed at by the Lord and embellished with ironic comments, then after 3 minutes I found out that I will not settle the matter with this gentleman, and in another window (classic), well, but what he laughed is his :) In the end, for a few employees with whom I had contact well and professionally, I was served only once and only because of this rating 2 / 5 and not 1/5.
Will someone kindly pick up the phone at this institution funded by my work and taxes collected? I don't want anything from you, but if you force me to bother there, I have certain expectations.
Today I wanted to report that I have acquired the estate. I had the original inheritance act. You wanted a copy from me - I politely asked for a photocopier and added that I would pay for them ... The lady replied that they could not photocopy at the facility and that the nearest paid photocopier was at the queue (some joke ...) They even make copies of documents in the ZUS ! I do not recommend visiting offices! One plus that the lady was nice :-) Regards
It is a pity that zero stars cannot be awarded, including for moving from room to room so that I don't deal with the matter. On the only opening day of the office from 17:45 there are three people in the whole building and nothing can be arranged. Huge queues. The most important thing is probably a huge lack of respect for petitioners and huge reproaches that it came to the office at all. Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, taxpayers pay your salary ex officio, so we expect at least respect in the service.
I was very pleasantly surprised when the lady from the window explained the matter with which we came very simply. Long and patient. She wasn't sure if it was good, so she called her friends who invited us up and explained everything thoroughly. I have not met such kindness for a long time.
