Officially, the parish has only existed since 1996, but for me it is the historical heir of the parish established in 1568. The subsequent, turbulent history that swept through these lands contributed to its liquidation, especially after taking away the community of the church functioning in 1902-1947 on the premises of the Książęce Brewery.

As a former Catholic, I am very pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and attitude of the faithful in the church, the customs of the Evangelical Church of the Augsburg Confession do not differ much from the Catholic, the most important thing that struck me was the reference to the Bible, there is no reading of letters from politicians or bishops, we focus on prayer and listening God's words Regards
