I was looking for a wedding dress laundry. Encouraged by positive opinions on the Internet and a high number of stars, I decided to use the Efekt laundry service. When I brought the wedding dress, I asked the ladies to first check whether the shiny elements on the top of the dress would not be damaged during washing. The lady replied that they wash dresses for 14 thousand. and she gives herself a cut without checking that nothing comes off. Despite this, I asked to check the treble boringly. The dress is simple, classy, ​​but the fabric is shiny on the top, I really wanted the dress to stay in perfect condition, as there was still a foreign honeymoon session ahead of us. After my long whining, the Lady agreed to wipe the top in one place and check if everything was ok. She was sure that everything would be fine, in the end she knew her job, but for the sake of peace and quiet she would check and check if something was wrong it will ring and wash the pit itself. A day later, the Lady called that the luminous elements came off during washing and I was to pick up the dresses. I said we made an appointment to wash the pit. At this, the Lady started filming that she would not make it in time (she would have made the whole dress without a problem, but not the bottom part), that it was not worth it, etc. When I picked it up, I heard that I had a strange dress 🤣 If you have something valuable to wash, make sure that the ladies check beforehand that the fabric will not be damaged. If I hadn't been so stubborn and trusted you, I wouldn't have had a dress before the session itself.

I gave up here a tuxedo, which after a few events, in this one wedding already looked really boring. After 2 days I picked up my jacket and trousers in perfect condition. The stains that disfigured the whole are gone for good. Prices are very competitive here - I paid PLN 45 for this service. Of course you can pay by card. You can arrange a later pickup of washed items, so if we have a busy schedule, they may have a moment of rest. The location of the laundry room is really convenient, and they also have parking spaces where you can always park without any problems. I will probably use their services more than once.
