Laundry room as in the times of the Polish People's Republic. The wife gave the wedding dress for cleaning, she was supposed to be ready for two weeks after 2.5 weeks, she called to ask if she was ready gruff Ms. said indignantly that they do not have a lot of laundry, in addition they did not even go after her - the dress hung more than two weeks and nobody even got interested in her. In addition, ladies in the laundry cheat because on the receipt they issue with the deadline for receipt (in my case up to 2 weeks) they do not enter any date, which in effect protects them in case of delay and really the customer is not able to do anything. It ended with the dress today that is after over two weeks was received still dirty. The wife was arranged to sell the dress from the client this weekend, unfortunately she had to cancel the meeting because the dress is not ready. Washing a dress with a large number of layers of tulle requires a lot of time, hence the ladies had two weeks to do it and after the phone they wanted to do it in two days 🤦🏼‍♀️ Maybe it was good that it ended because without experience and knowledge the dress could be destroyed.

This is the only laundry room in Tychy so far and I have not been disappointed. It is certainly not perfect, but the ladies who served me devoted a lot of time and attention to me, because when I hand over my suit, I am always worried about how the cleaning will end. Fortunately, they actually focused on the problem, explained to me why the suit often looks worse after cleaning than before and made sure that our suit did not suffer during ironing, the fleece did not stick to the outer material and everything looked really good. I heartily recommend and advise you to ask carefully before handing over your clothes for cleaning if the clothes are "in danger" during a given type of cleaning and how to avoid damage if necessary. Here you can really see that someone has any idea about the materials and how they behave.

I HAVE ALREADY SAID ... so far I was satisfied with the laundry service ... but after receiving my husband's pants I got shocked ... the pants look terribly badly pressed and the heels on the legs doubled and triple ... just a massacre
