For the first time I met a situation in which the laundry refuses to take up the laundry, and the lady in it says "please try Vanisa". Why are you running a dry cleaning ?! Just a comedy ...

I gave my wedding dress to this "laundry". After a week, she was handed over rolled up in a garbage bag saying "we didn't wash it because it was too dirty". While returning the dress, the Lady saw her and stipulates that there may be a problem with cleaning, because the wedding was in the open air and the bottom of the dress was very dirty. I was aware of this, everything was agreed. The price is also not the lowest, 120 PLN. The lady standing behind the counter of this shrine, upset at my nervousness that since the dress was so important, I should care more about its purity. I got a number for the boss, unfortunately the conversation was very nervous, the man did not try to explain anything or alleviate the situation. He hung up in the middle of a sentence. During the second phone call it was even worse. The owner of the shrine claimed that the arrangements for washing the dress were different. He lied and shouted. Zero respect for the caller. I strongly advise against this place. I will file a complaint and request reimbursement of the cost of the photo session, which was to take place the next day but not.

Epic fail. I gave my winter jacket (mud muzzle) and a suit (clean, it was mainly about refreshing, because the year was unused in the closet). The jacket came back unrefined and I gave away the suit in better condition than I received from cleaning. To this nightmarish scent, as if musty mixed with naphthalene. After filing a complaint, the lady I spoke with said she did not guarantee that something could be done because no one else made any reservations. I decided to give up both things again, but in another laundry. And definitely not recommended here!

I do not recommend :( tragic service. Terrible quality of service. Avoid the wide arc.

Total granda - wanting to give laundry to the laundry room I was shouted: C I was advised against using the service with the slogan: "It will be expensive, and you will have to wait several days!". Well, I did not take advantage.
