Long waiting time (minimum an hour and more) even though the queues are not too big. Drama.

It's a drama, it's hard to get through, even if you get through it, you can't do anything over the phone. Long queues, rudeness in queues would be solved by downloading numbers. I do not recommend, on Mondays you have a queue so long that you will spend the whole day there.

Probably the only department of communication where everything goes smoothly and quickly and the service is always pleasant.

I would give -4 stars but it doesn't go. The guy sits there, among other things, for my taxes and feels like Krzysztof Jarzyna from Szczecin.
