I am disappointed with the service in this store. Saleswomen are rude and disregard the customer. Distraction of one of the ladies meant that
she ordered the wrong shower cubicle, which I only learned after unpacking, because the box is not described. Of course
the customer bears the consequences of this store. Initially, the store refused to accept the return. Brazenly one of you said that I could put it up for sale "because someone would be happy to buy it". Ultimately, after a long debate with the right arguments, the solution and the return accepted. I was charged the costs of repacking the cabin. I would pay 100 PLN net with the producer, I would pay over 160 PLN net. With the proviso that the lady will pay me an additional fee because she does not know how much they can count for it and I have to take her word for it that the producer has counted for repackaging, because I cannot receive any proof what I will actually pay for this service. I feel cheated and I will certainly never visit this store again.
