I DO NOT RECOMMEND from all the heart! Unfortunately, the least you can give is one star and that is definitely too much. When it comes to vehicle registration, I advise you to be patient, although it will be violated, and in the case of registering a car from abroad, it is at all. Employees who sit there as a penalty (not all, most) do everything they can not to register this vehicle, they cannot say at one time what documents are missing, only with each attempt to register they say about another lack because they apparently have word limits for each visit :) Person who wants to register a car must have a lot of leave to use and the car is fully attacked :) must also be aware that it is literally absurdity that will decide on another registration attempt. They do not take people into account, they do not know that not everyone has time to visit them several times, with only their own tip of the nose. if someone has already managed to register the car without a problem, let him feel like a winner, apparently he has found the good mood of the employees :) If anyone needs to throw them off balance this place is perfect! I think it's true that this is one of the most problematic offices in the area. I honestly do not recommend!

You cannot give 0 stars but this is how much you should evaluate the service provided by this office. Ladies and gentlemen, kindly sitting behind the desks: we petitioners, we are not for you !!! You work for us !!! When will it get to you ??? If there is a phone number on the website where I can make an appointment at which I will settle my case, someone should answer the phone !!!! If you can't organize such a simple matter, why waste your time? Close office and go home

In my opinion, the Communication Department works flawlessly. The staff is helpful and smoothly goes through the registration steps. Even during coronavirus restrictions, making an appointment for a specific time is not a problem, and I completed all the formalities in 20 minutes on the spot.

No possibility of making a call, half an hour ... All the time putting down the handset, are you ladies busy with gossip and claws?

The worst communication department in the province. Employees registering cars question the competences of diagnosticians, not having the right to do so. They are always looking for something to stick to and act as if they were sitting there as a punishment. Revocation of the vintage is their daily bread. The quality of service depends on what "humor" you get. If possible, register elsewhere. In other departments they do not do grace and problems :)
