One lady takes three positions, two approaches to registering a car !!! It is a mockery, after all, who has time to wait all day or take time off to register a car ..... On the office's website information that Friday is open until 14:30 a man comes two hours before closing and there are no free numbers in the office, one lady collapsed they do it and announce that they close at 14:15. ... shame and embarrassment

At. 9 am it is not possible to download the number in the communications department. (14 people in line) Ladies "work" until 15:30. Less coffee during work and start respecting TAXES time.
