The lady at USC who answered the phone was super rude. She was not able to say exactly what document (in what form) she required, but she knew immediately that the document I have was wrong. Only because it was USC Poznan who provided me with information about the document I should submit. They (i.e. USC Tarnowo) according to This lady is already served by half of Poznań and they are also overloaded, what I think. When I'm from Poznań, I am supposed to go to Poznań, not to Tarnów. Despite the fact that I really have the right to go to any Registry Office that issues these documents. With customer service and personal culture, this lady does not deserve even 1 star

Staff willing to help, building great, lots of relevant information can be found on the website. Compared to the offices in Poznań, where I usually encounter a wall, superiority and lack of culture, it seems that Tarnów is home to happier people.
