The oldest information about the existence of the town hall comes from 1463, it was probably a wooden building and stood in the corner of the market square. The present building was erected in the middle of the market square, on the site of the town hall which burned down in the 18th century. It was built in 1855 and a major renovation was carried out in 1929. It is a multi-storey building on a square plan and is the seat of the Municipal Office in Borek Wielkopolski. On the southern facade of the building there are plaques in honor of John Paul II, Greater Poland insurgents and victims of World War II. Next to it, a stone commemorating the granting of city rights in 1392, erected in the year of Borek's 600th anniversary. In front of the town hall, there is also a rococo statue of the Virgin Mary, made of sandstone on a two-story plinth, with the date 1776. - The oldest message about the existence of the town hall dates from 1463, it was probably a wooden building and stood in the corner of the market square.
