Modern company, lots of good quality products
I sent back the lamp on November 18th. So far, I haven't recovered my money. Nobody answers e-mails and phone calls. I do not recommend! Cool lamps and competitive prices, but the seller - a drama. I hope to receive my money eventually.
Hello All,
unfortunately, one for the order not completed. Each time I get through, the question is "Have I made the transfer". Of course I did. From November 10 until today, I have no goods or money. Note the seller !!!!
An amazing company. A few years ago we bought a lamp that works great. During the renovation, we lost the plate for its assembly. after contact with the company they sent us a new one. Joanna was very helpful. She became involved and devoted time. Many companies would have us buy a new lamp or combine on their own. Besides, our son was born and sent us a wonderful card signed by the owner. Individual approach to the client and full commitment is a testimony of the highest standard in the company. RECOMMENDED
